Privacy Policy
- The Administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) is Falcon Medical Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź.

- Providing personal data by users visiting the website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) is voluntary, with the exception of the following situations:
- To place an order, we require the following data: name and surname, address, email address, and phone number. Without this information, placing an order is not possible.
- To send us a contact form, make a product inquiry, or subscribe to the newsletter, we require an email address.
- The Administrator uses the IP address of the User’s computer for technical purposes related to the servers hosting the website. This address may also be used to generate statistical data, such as site visit metrics.
- Personal data is processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:
- fulfilling the contract, e.g., processing and delivering the placed order,
- responding to inquiries sent via the contact form and conducting further correspondence regarding such inquiries,
- responding to product-related questions sent via the contact form,
- sending newsletters containing marketing information.
- Users have the right to exercise their rights under the GDPR, including in particular the right to:
- request access to their personal data and rectify it,
- request deletion or restriction of processing,
- object to processing or request the transfer of data to another entity,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The Administrator processes personal data with the utmost care and in a way that ensures protection against unauthorized access, using technical, software-based, and organizational security measures.
- As a rule, personal data is processed by the Administrator for the duration of the agreement with the User or until a valid objection to processing is raised by the User. Due to tax and legal obligations, personal data may be retained for up to 6 years from the date of completion of the agreement.
- Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to receive such data under the law and to the extent necessary to perform the agreement, including companies supporting the provision of services, such as:
- courier and shipping companies, Poczta Polska, InPost,
- the accounting office providing services to Falcon Medical Polska in the area of bookkeeping,
- Tpay, which handles electronic payments.
- Personal data may be processed in an automated manner. Profiling may occur in order to present more personalized offers.
